Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 10, 2026

Welcome to FileDropPro.com ("FileDrop", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, services, or applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features of FileDrop, you may be required to register for an account.

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and keys.
  • You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable Use and Content Responsibility

You retain all ownership rights to the files, data, and materials you upload to FileDrop ("User Content"). However, by using the Service, you agree that you will not upload, share, or transit any content that:

  • Infringes upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Contains malicious software, viruses, malware, or destructive code.
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Exceeds your account's designated storage or bandwidth limitations.
Note: FileDrop does not claim ownership over your files, nor do we actively monitor the content of your private drops. However, we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.

3. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide a highly reliable file-sharing infrastructure. However, the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. FileDrop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any file loss, data corruption, or service interruptions. We highly recommend keeping secondary backups of critical data.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to FileDrop immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and your stored content may be permanently deleted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FileDrop and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your access to or inability to use the Service.
